BREAKING NEWS!! We are THRILLED to announce that Shaetlan has received international recognition as a language in its own right! As of today (15 October 2025) Shaetlan has its own ISO code: scz.

ISO stands for International Organisation of Standardization. If a language has its own ISO code it is included and recognised in a number of international databases. It opens a number of doors for the language. We are thoroughly delighted that Shaetlan has at long last received this highly deserved recognition.
